For disillusioned and spiritually homeless Christians, we affirm 10 central principles that offer a sense of hope and a more tolerant, joyful, and compassionate message.

Based on the three great loves that the Bible reveals: love of God, love of neighbor, and love of self, these affirmations reflect commitments to environmental stewardship, social justice, and artistic expression as well as openness to other faiths.

Transcending theological and culture wars, inclusive and generous in spirit and practice, these principles ask believers and seekers alike to affirm their Christian faith in a fresh way.

Main Street United Methodist Church celebrates that all persons are created in God’s image and are of sacred worth. We're excited to share with you a new resource by Parents Reconciling Network for parents and caregivers of LGBTQ+ young people seeking to start a support group in their church or community.

Change happens community by community, church by church, family by family. To create a community of love and inquiry is an act of ministry, and we're glad we get to partner with you in that endeavor. This work is life-changing, maybe even life-saving!
